What once began as a butcher shop with a handful of guest rooms and adjacent agriculture evolved over the years into a culinary hidden gem. Soon, the adjacent agriculture was abandoned, guest rooms were expanded, and with great care and attention to detail, a place of comfort was created. Along with the establishment of the region's first catering service, the restaurant was born, which to this day enjoys an excellent reputation.
